We take pride in our 'Collector Friendly' packaging. Every standard-sized Funko Pop! is shipped in a complimentary 0.50mm archival-grade pop protector, and all items are bubble-wrapped and double-boxed to prevent transit damage.

What is your return policy for damaged or defective items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for any items that arrive with manufacturing defects or damage not noted in the product description. Please contact our support team with photos of the issue to initiate a replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally and how long does it take?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our Australian warehouse. International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

How do pre-orders work at Ozzie Collectables?

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a highly anticipated item before it is released. Payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your stock, and the entire order will ship once the final pre-order item arrives in our warehouse.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please note that cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover merchant processing costs.
